Kori McLain's tenure in the architectural-interior design field began in 1997 as a resident intern with Design Concepts Interior Design in the affluent community of Pasadena, California.
This position introduced Kori to the one of the highest profile residential design markets in the country requiring an exacting level of quality and attention to detail.
Following the position with Design Concepts, Ms. McLain completed her coursework at Texas State University graduating with honors with a B.S. in Interior Design and a minor in Design Technology.
On the heels of her graduation, Ms. McLain landed a position as a graphic artist specializing in the entertainment industry for Acme Archives in Burbank, California.
Deciding to make a move back to Texas, Kori later secured a position with Custom Design Services in Austin, specializing in Autocad and similar construction-based software platforms for the creation of project-specific designs in the residential sector.

In 1999, Ms. McLain joined a team of award-winning designers and architects for T.H.e. Design, Inc. in Austin, as a Project Design Lead and finally as a Project Manager.

Additionally, in 2006, Kori was very proud to be an instrumental member of the team that helped in the recovery of the Fleur-d-lis Dental Care in New Orleans after the devastating disaster of Hurricane Katrina.
Kori's decade of experience in commercial, residential, dental, and pediatric design projects has contributed to her reputation as a well balanced designer, top-flight project lead, and an individual particularly attuned to the needs, budgets, and aspirations of her clients.
