Dr. Ted Mioduski decided to build a new office for his growing practice in Loveland, Colorado he chose to use sustainable, environmentally friendly materials. The new building was built using a high percentage of recycled materials, non or low-polluting materials, lights that automatically shut off when rooms are not in use and good use of natural light. Feedback from patients has been very positive and the business is already enjoying reduced utility bills. Mioduski's office building was recently awarded LEED Gold Certification under USGBC's Core & Shell Rating System.
