The systems design engineer provides
the Technology Design Service. We will
develop and design a plan to integrate
technology systems into your dental
facility. This plan generally consists
of four phases.
During the Initial Consultation
phase we will:
-Review your completed questionnaire
-Establish your goals and budget
-Establish the feasibility of the entire
project
During the Design Development
Service phase we will:
-Develop a system based on your goals
and budget
-Detail system specifications unique to
your project
-Discuss preferred methods of equipment
location to meet the requirements of functionality
and accessibility in your treatment rooms
and the entire facility
-Provide the following documentation to
ensure integrity of design to meet your
goals and budget: wiring design drawing
for all low voltage systems, best practices
unique to your system, network addressing
schematic and map, and finally detailed
data backup specifications with a disaster
recovery plan
During the Purchasing Service
phase we will:
-Provide recommendations to your technology
integrator relating to equipment manufacturers,
model types, and vendors specific to
your project and practice management
software
-Help you to make an informed decision
on which specific equipment, components,
software, wiring package, etc. to purchase
-Supervise equipment purchases by your
technology integrator to ensure integrity
of design
During the Coordination of
Installation Service phase we will:
-Recommend a reputable installation
company
-Provide up to 2 hours of free telephone
support for your technology integrator
to ensure proper installation
